Illustration Friday FRESH

This is my entry for Illustration Friday's challenge. Your comments are appreciated.

Can you imagine something fresher than a penguin in the South pole, looking how the snow falls?
( Polar bears--North and Penguins--South or vice versa?...)

This is really great. SImple but really expressive. In fact, all the stuff on your site is quite good!

Like someone said.."keep it simple!" Thanks for your words.
I try to draw some kind of winter-scene, cool, or something like that. Only one color in my mind: blue. (maybe a little topic)

Great monochrome scheme using blues, but the almost green horizonal piece...priceless. Great stuff with lots of style.

Ahá,lovely.Very good,I like it.But Spain always has great illustrators.I suppose you're spanish,I've seen the MILAN rubber...
To your comment to mine: I do Love Dave McKean, specially "The Wolves in the Walls".About my background: my illustrations are not specially done for ILLO Friday, they are from magazines where I work. That was for one and so it is not quite about freshness ;-)
I love MILAN rubbers, all the time I go to Spain I buy a lot of them.Loved to see it in your blog eheheh...

Hola!Hola!
In portuguese we would say:
As borrachas Milan são as melhores!!!

I am using now the MILAN 412,I like it a lot.The pink ones were awful because they got into little tiny pieces all the time:-).
I am going to Barcelona soon and I will buy a packet of 430.Sorry,this year I won't be visiting Madrid :-)Till next friday...Besos

Very simple, crisp, and...fresh! It looks so clean and chilly. I think the penguins are south.

I like everything about this! The colors, the direction of the lines, and the cropping of the image. The little character is very sweet! Looks like the it could be an image for a card or a small comic.

Thanks for introducing me to the artist Eyvind Earle! He has very inspiring work! I will look more into his art ^_^

Yours reminds me of Andy Runton http://andyrunton.com
